Viniyoga Programs
Viniyoga Foundations Program for Yoga Instructor Training and Yoga Therapy trainings are immersive programs of study consisting of multiple modules spanning two years and are held at The Ancient Yoga Center.
The Viniyoga Therapist Education Program is a 1000-hr comprehensive immersion into a therapeutic lineage of Yoga, and the individualized application of Yoga practice for those seeking life-positive transformation. Offered in two phases, these programs together have received accreditation from the International Association of Yoga Therapists (IAYT).
The first phase, Viniyoga Foundations Program for Teaching and Yoga Therapy (VFP), is a 500-hour Yoga Alliance (YA) registered teacher training. It is taught in a series of intensives spread over a period of 18-24 months. Students in this program receive in-depth teachings in the philosophy and methods of Yoga.
The second phase, Viniyoga Clinical Applications Program (VCAP) delves into the integration of the foundational teachings in order to engage practitioners in their own healing process through specific application of the methods of Yoga for a spectrum of conditions.
